The FTS Term 4 Program is a technical development program based in Melbourne for boys and girls looking to further develop their football technique and intelligence. The program runs from October to December 2026. Players of all abilities are welcome, with groups organised according to similar ability levels to ensure each player is appropriately challenged and supported.
Players can train two or three times each week, depending on their selected program. Sessions combine technical training with 1v1 development, game insights and modified games.
The FTS Term 4 Program caters for three types of young players:
FIRST TOUCH PLAYERS (AGES 4-7) – A fun and positive introduction to football, helping young players build confidence, coordination and a love for the game.
DEVELOPING PLAYERS (AGES 7-13) – For young players who want to improve their technique, build confidence and enjoy football alongside friends.
EMERGING PLAYERS (AGES 7-13) – A higher-intensity environment for ambitious young footballers ready to challenge themselves and accelerate their development.
Players will develop in key areas including:
🔹 Technique and ball mastery
Developing first touch, ball control, skills and the ability to execute techniques under pressure.
🔹 1v1 development
Developing the skills, confidence and creativity required to attack and defend effectively in 1v1 situations.
🔹 Game intelligence and decision-making
