FTS Players

FTS Player Profiles

FTS has a long term proven track record of developing young footballers that go on to represent State and National Youth Teams and progress to playing Overseas or for A-League Youth & Senior Teams.

Just like the young 100m sprinter dreams of competing at the Olympic Games, the young basketballer playing in the NBA, the young tennis player competing at a Grand Slam event, it’s important to remember that young footballers in Australia dream of one day playing for a team in the Top 5 Leagues in Europe i.e. English Premier League (England), Bundesliga (Germany), Ligue 1 (France), LaLiga (Spain) & Serie A (Italy)

In Australia, we have some competitive advantages in youth development, particularly up until around 16 years of age. At FTS we look to maximise these advantages and prepare players to chase their dreams. We are hopeful that eventually here in this country that the relevant bodies can create an environment and culture to maximise player opportunities in the vital transition period from youth to senior professional football i.e. 17-22 years of age.
